Yes, our stoneware ceramics are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe, unless otherwise stated in the product details.

Please note that ceramics with gold accents or metallic luster are not microwave safe. Additionally, frequent use in the oven or dishwasher can cause wear and tear on the finish over time.

We are excited to offer worldwide shipping for the first time this year! We're starting with a few countries and gradually expanding our reach. If you don't see your country listed as a shipping option, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to do our best to add it and get your order to you!

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. However, if you need to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible at wooyuceramics@gmail.com. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Please note that as a small business, we have limited resources and time to process refunds and changes. We appreciate your understanding.

If your item arrives broken, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing wooyuceramics@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent within 1-3 weeks, depending on inventory availability. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a full refund for your order.
